Former NASA engineer and the man behind the viral watermelon smoothie, Mark Rober is back again with a brand new edible party trick that is going to blow everyone’s mind. Thanks to this brilliant guy, you are about to be the coolest host of this year’s summer party. Watch what he does with these watermelons!

At first, he takes two equal sized watermelons. He skins one of them until there are no more greens, then smaller cuts to get rid of the white layers. He evens the edges of skinned watermelon with the help of brand new dish-scrubbing pads. Now the watermelon is smooth and shiny. He then takes another watermelon, cuts in half and scrapes out all the fruit inside. In less than 20 minutes, now he has a deliciously impressive party trick ready to pull out of your hat.
